This website is an art exhibition space for the creative expression of Targeted Individuals.

Targeted Individuals are individuals who believe they are being harassed and tortured electronically by wireless signaling on the electromagnetic spectrum, including radio frequencies, microwaves, and light, amounting to what is known as cybertorture or “no touch torture”. They tirelessly research technologies hidden from public view to better understand their harassment and torture and many Targeted Individuals believe they are subject to torture through electromagnetic frequencies, directed energy weapons, geofencing, artificial intelligence, and other horrific technologies of control.  Their experiences reveal the dark truth about scientific discoveries that most of the public have assumed would be used to make life more convenient and lead humanity toward positive progress and evolutionary advancement.  The discoveries and applications of radio frequency, microwaves, and other waves on the electromagnetic spectrum that most of the public know to be used to power kitchen appliances and communication devices are believed to be used to torture, harass, and kill members of the civilian population without any discernible reason or trial with which to defend itself.  It is the consciousness, emotions, perceptions, cognition, and sacred bodily processes that have been violated and reduced to mere units of study to control, subdue, and torture victims known as Targeted Individuals.

A Mind, Darkly joins the plethora of literary, musical, film and visual art creators worldwide and throughout time who have referenced 1 Corinthians 13: “For now, we see through a glass, darkly, but then face to face.  Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.”  For many Targeted Individuals, reality is obscured in various forms to gaslight and hide the crimes committed against them by their perpetrators.  Much of the evidence of Targeted Individual suffering comes from their own personal experiences.  A Mind, Darkly provides an online exhibition space to Targeted Individuals to express their experiences with targeting to the world.  This type of creative expression is a method to build understanding and spread awareness of the experience of Targeted Individuals.  Through this effort, along with the entire Targeted Individual movement, we hope to reach our goal of confronting the perpetrators “face to face” to secure for ourselves human freedoms of the mind, justice and compensation for our injuries, and safety for all who have formed consciousness as technology advances.
